Pergolas for Gardens – why so popular?
Garden pergolas can be eye-catching central features for any garden – larger or small, with endless uses.Thousands of people throughout the UK have chosen to install pergola kits for the many benefits they can provide; from an attractive garden feature to a practical decking space for entertaining.
A familiar and very popular use for a pergola (and in our opinion the best) is to create shaded areas in your garden usually adjacent to

Ultima). Or why not train your favourite climbing plants to grow over the pergola adding a natural source of shade that blends into your garden. To create a secluded garden area, use your pergola to separate your garden into two (typically very different) areas; a relaxing hideaway, vegetable patch, children’s area or secluded patio. If you have a fishpond, a pergola is a great way for providing shade over it or, if covered, could be used as a carport.
Choosing a pergola design for your garden
